Genevieve G. (Gyzenski) Rogasky, 100, of Bristol, widow of Chester J. Rogasky, died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2008, at the home of her daughter and son-in-law. Genevieve was born Aug. 26, 1908, in Sterling and was a daughter of Marion and Stella (Lewandowski) Gyzenski. A Bristol resident most of her life, she was a member of St. Stanislaus Church. Mrs. Rogasky is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Richard Kallenbach of Bristol; two grandsons, Scott and his wife, JoAnne, of Stafford Springs and Kris Kallenbach of Bristol; four great-grandchildren, Tori, Kristian, Brandon and Marissa Kallenbach; several nieces and nephews; and her very devoted caregiver, Rosemary Anane. She was predeceased by her brother, Steve Guzenski; and three sisters, Mary Szymanski, Sophie Wozenski and Helen Riemer. Funeral services will be held Friday, Dec. 19, 2008, 10:30 a.m. at St. Stanislaus Church, Bristol, for a Mass of Christian burial. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol.
