Freddie Siering, 68, of Bristol passed away Friday, Dec. 19, 2008. He was the widower of Thelma (Morgan) Siering. Freddie was born in New Britain son of the late Louis and Mabel (Button) Siering. He attended local schools and graduated from New Britain Senior High School. He was retired from The O. C. Getty Company. He lived in New Britain Burlington and Bristol He was a former member of St Matthew Church in Forestville. He is survived by a brother Peter R. Siering and his wife Joan of Kensington and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Tuesday Dec. 23, 2008, at 11:30 a.m. at Saint Paul Church, Alling Street Kensington. Private burial will be in Saint Joseph Cemetery Bristol. Friends may call at the Kenney-Luddy Funeral Home 205 South Main Street New Britain, Tuesday morning, Dec. 23, from 10 to 11 a.m.

He has a B.A. in history from the University of Virginia.
He is married and has two school-age children.
