JACKMAN, Beverly V.

Beverly V. Jackman, 84, of Bristol, widow of Francis “Frank” Jackman, passed away Monday, November 17, 2008, at the Countryside Manor Health Care Center.
She was born July 7, 1924 in Rantoul, KS, daughter of the late Vernon and Nelle (Gaughan) VanRheen. A resident of Bristol most of her life, she was a member of St. Joseph Church.
She is survived by her seven children, Richard Jackman of Bristol, Mary Williamson and her husband, Wayne of Williamsburg, VA, Louise Fazio and her husband, Michael of Midland, MI, Laurie Henriques of West Hartford, Devan Jackman and his wife, Pamela of Bristol, Cathy Jackman of Francestown, NH, and Jean Harrelson and her husband, Michael of Greensboro, NC; her eleven grandchildren, Jennifer Dermody, Ellen McCully, Sarah Williamson, Melisa Fazio, Michael Fazio, Erica Henriques, Amanda Henriques, Kelly Henriques, David Jackman, Sherilyn Jackman and Jenna Harrelson; her three great grandchildren, Courtney Dermody, Jack Dermody, and Harry Dermody; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her granddaughter, Allison Kupke.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, November 20, 2008, at 11:30 am. at St. Joseph Church, Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the High Watch Farm, PO Box 607, Kent, CT 06757. The O’Brien Funeral Home in Forestville is in charge of arrangements.
