William R. Marks, 68, retired West Hartford Firefighter, loving husband of 48 cherished years to Joan (O’Neil) Marks, passed away on November 4, 2008 at his home in Burlington surrounded by his family. He was the father of Linda (and Wayne) Preira, Deborah (and Daniel) Freeman, and Raymond (and Kim) Marks. Grandfather to eight grandchildren and great grandfather to one great grandson. Services will be at the convenience of the family at St. Patrick Church in Collinsville.
