Darryl Kilbourn, age 60, of Bristol Street, Southington, died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2008, at home. He was the husband of the late Theresa (Milo) Kilbourn. Born June 17, 1948, in Southington to Frances (Johnson) Kilbourn and the late Hunter Kilbourn he had been a longtime Southington resident. Mr. Kilbourn worked for New Britain Candy and served his country in the U.S. Army. In addition to his mother Frances of Southington, he leaves behind his children, Melissa Morin and her husband, Daniel, of Terryville, Eric Kilbourn of Meriden, Kurt Kilbourn and Michael Brown, both of Southington; two brothers, Charles Kilbourne of Bristol, Vt. and Gary Kilbourne of Albany, Ga.; two sisters, Sandra Kelley and Sharon Gaug, both of Plantsville; eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2008, at the Plantsville Memorial Funeral Home, 975 S. Main St., Plantsville.
