Kenneth J. MacRae, 69, of Bristol passed away Thursday, Dec. 4, 2008, at Bristol Hospital. He was born June 27, 1939, in Sharon, son of the late Kenneth A. and Anna (Rothrock) MacRae. A longtime resident of Plainville and Bristol, Ken was employed at the Kohler Mix Co. in Newington for over 32 years. He was a member of the Bristol Fish and Game Club and the Metacomet Gun Club. He is survived by his daughter, Sharon DuTremble and her husband, Michael, of Bristol; his granddaughter, Anita DuTremble of Bristol; his step-daughter, Diane Llaser of Hartford; his three step-grandchildren, Bryan Llaser, Eric Llaser and Julie Llaser, all of East Hampton. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2008, at 10 a.m., at O’Brien Funeral Home, 24 Lincoln Ave., Forestville. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol.
