Dawne J. (Brunet) Mattig, 46, of Bristol passed away Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2008, at the Hospital of Central of Connecticut in New Britain. She was predeceased by her husband, Kevin Mattig. Born in Southington, she was the daughter of Jeane (MacLennan) and the late Emile Brunet. Besides her mother, Dawne is survived by her son, Kameron Mattig, and her daughter, Kourtney Mattig, both of Bristol. She also leaves behind two brothers, Gary Brunet and his wife, Kathy, of Bristol, Kevin Brunet and his wife, Barbara, of Maryland; a sister, Bonnie Lind and her husband, Gary, of Bristol; two sisters-in-law, Roxanne Brunet, Pam Ramirez and her husband, Frank; and several nieces, nephew, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by a brother, Mark Steven Brunet. Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family. Connecticut Direct Burial and Cremation Society has care of arrangements.

He is married and has two school-age children.
